aging is a transition we share with all plants and animals, including old growth trees and orca whales, the later of whom, like human beings, experience menopause and can live to be over 100 years old. celebrating that we have stayed alive and the wisdom we’ve gained from our journeys, we move with moving images of our fluid orca relatives. doing so, we support important neural and embodied pathways to relax and care for our bodies and nervous systems.
