celebrating aging with orcas
aging is a transition we share with our plant and animal relations, including old growth trees.  celebrating that we have stayed alive and the wisdom we’ve gained from our journeys, we move with fluid orca whales in their waters.  like humans, orcas experience menopause and can live to be over 100 years old.  moving with moving images of orcas and other smooth marine life, we support important neural and embodied pathways to relax our bodies and nervous systems.
