in this workshop we witness our relatives, flowers.
exploring what makes us open like a flower, we find our similarities.  
moving alongside these time lapsed images, 
we explore the growth cycles of our gentle and powerful kin.  

skills offered:
>  movement techniques from embodied anatomy, experiential anatomy,
    movement in depth and jinen butoh dance, integrated and made accessible 
>  safe space to focus on inner sensation 
>  introduction to intuitive and nonverbal movement with cinema antiplastique   
>  increased feelings of connection with oneself and grounding 
    in the natural world 
>  playful healing time for working people, bipoc people, all people
>  connecting with oneself and one’s inner flower 
>  time to do nothing at all 
    (no performance, no taking care of others, just being)

cost:  $150 
please bring:
                  loose fitting clothes to sit or lay on floor with
                   a notebook to write and or draw in
                   a refillable water bottle to drink from
