in this workshop we explore embodied ways to be in deeper contact with our art form(s), more “antiplastique”: 
to turn down the volume on externals and reclaim all the joy and wonder we ever held for our art,  all the healing it gives to us: beyond the market and the many variables working to separate artists from art.  

this workshop is open to all who self identify as artists.
